I went to Taco Bell before I went to work & got 2 soft tacos & a slushee. I ate it & went about my day. When I got home I noticed I wasn’t feeling right. I just brushed it off. At maybe 1:00 a.m I’m throwing up several times. Now I’m having bad diarrhea & my head is killing me.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

10:07 am I had the steak quesadilla and supreme crunchy taco #7 combo with Baja blast drink . I threw away receipt and packaging after I ate because I paid cash didn’t start getting sick till 5:30pm .  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

It took almost 24 hours to get intense. Up to that point, it was a runny stool and stomach cramps. Just under 24 hours after eating there, I had intense vomiting that lead to dry heaves. My temperature went up to 102.7. My whole body ached. I thought I was going to end up in an ambulance and the ER.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
