I had the slow cooked ribs on the evening of 4/1. It tasted great though the meat was redder than I would have expected for something slow cooked. Immediately afterwards my stomach was gurgling, which after about 2 hours progressed to pain, queasiness and several unpleasant bathroom… Voir plus
