I ate about 5 days ago started throwing my guts up like a hour after eating I had a chicken Sandwich I’m still sick from it

been to the doctor twice can’t hold down water, I was the only one who got sick I ate it around 4 pm then got sick an hour later and still throwing up 5 days later  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate today (July 14 2019) with my family on the road back to TX from FL. This restaurant was extremely unprofessional and unsaitary. I ate a grilled chicken sandwich and drank a sweet tea. Multiple health code violations- not one heart of house team member was wearing… Voir plus
