I ate at the Panera in Oneonta, NY on Wednesday, July, 20th. I had a pick two combination of Strawberry, Poppyseed &Chicken salad with the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. I had coffee to drink and took the apple home. I had to use the bathroom at the restaurant, then had to stop at the gas station just down the street. I had cramps and intermittent bouts of diarrhea the rest of the day. I still felt nauseous the next day. The friend I went with had a salad that did not include meat. She was sick with diarrhea and cramps that night and into the next day as well. She also vomited that night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
