Yesterday afternoon I got a hot dog from here and added chili & cheese. Only thing I ate all day. Since midnight last night I’ve been violently vomiting and diarrhea non stop. Can’t even keep water down, nor can I stand up without being dizzy. Spent the night on the bathroom floor | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
