- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: observed hand sink in toilet room not accessible. Observed a 12pk. Case of busted soda pop in hand sink basin. Instructed manager to keep hand sink accessible at all times. Soda was removed at this time. (cos) (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 25 or more mice droppings on floor in outside motor area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/14/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed cases of pop,juices,tobacco and other items stored in toilet room. Must remove from toilet room area and store properly.

- comments: must clean dust and dirt build up from from display shelves, pop racks and service counter shelving,walk in cooler pop sleeves and shelving units,hand sink basin.

- comments: must detail clean excessive build up on hand sink and toilet in toilet room.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpsters overflowing with trash and boxes,lids wide open. Also trash and debris on ground around dumpster in corral. Must remove trash from ground. Close lids to be tight fitting and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: must clean debris from floor under,around,along wall bases including toilet room and walk in cooler.
