Ate supper here, double bacon double cheese papa burger, and a side of onion rings. Didn't eat anything else that day which is normal for me.About four hours later, had diarrhea. Felt better for a bit, then got very nauseous, fought that for awhile but eventually began vomiting until my stomach was empty.
I have eaten at this restaurant before without issues, though this is the first time I've been there for suppertime. There was a lot of cars, and perhaps the food was a bit rushed and not properly cooked or cared for? My only guess. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
