on june 12 2019 I was at a hospital with a close friend she was having surgery. I went to the cafeteria to eat breakfast. the only thing that looked okay was this scrambled egg meat an veggie mix. so I ordered it in a tortilla. and it was cold tasted funny and 5 hours later I was vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. I had a fever. this was only thing I ate yesterday and I'm still nauseous and vomiting with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
