- comments: observed no metal stem probe thermometer on the premises to take cold food temperatures. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: bird and rabbit cages were heavily soiled with feces and debris. Must clean the bird cages as often as is necessary to remove feces and debris.

- comments: observed no self-closing door device provided on the washroom door. Management instructed to install.
