3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
- comments: observed no written employee health policy signed by all employees working on the premises during the inspection. Management instructed that all employees must sign the employee health policy. Priority foundation 7-38-010. No citation issued.

36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no metal stem probe thermometer on the premises to take cold food temperatures. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: bird and rabbit cages were heavily soiled with feces and debris. Must clean the bird cages as often as is necessary to remove feces and debris.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no self-closing door device provided on the washroom door. Management instructed to install.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed several food handling employees without a food handling certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training.
