Shrimp Steak Taco Illness - Agave & Rye, Cincinnati Ohio

Suspect it was caused by a taco. The taco had shrimp and steak as ingredients. Four family members ate outside. The ill person ordered The Bomb taco with Carne asada steak, bourbon poached shrimp, Mac n cheese, and tobacco onions. She asked for the spicy sauces to be excluded. She ordered two of these tacos but only ate one. I also ordered one of these tacos, with the spicy sauces, but did not eat it; it was brought home wrapped as a leftover. These were both refrigerated promptly, if need for examination. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
