Mama Cozzys pepperoni, sausage and Philly beef steak, gave me some type of bug. I didn't eat anything before hand and it was luch time, made the pizza to the directions. With in eating 3 pieces in was sick and my stomach had such cramps and pain. 3 days later still have stomach cramps and stomach discomfort. | Symptoms: Something else, Cramps, Stomach Pain
