I purchased a frozen Specialty Wood Fired spinach and goat cheese pizza from here within last 2 weeks. use by date is 5/7/24. I took it out of freezer and cooked in oven per instructions on the box. Within a few hours I began to experience intense diaherra, vomiting and severe fatigue. 24 hrs later I am still experiencing the same issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
