Fajita Taco Salad Illness - Alfredo's Mexican Cafe, Yukon Oklahoma

I ate a fajita beef taco salad on 11/29. The filling of the taco salad was 75% very runny beans that did not look great, so I pulled the lettuce, tomatoes, beef and cheese out of the shell and ate it like a salad. My husband also developed the same symptoms within thirty minutes of me not feeling well and throwing up. We ate at around 2pm and the symptoms started at 12:30am. I am now reporting this on 12/2/19 and today was the first day of being without one or all of the symptoms indicated above. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
