on 3/19/19 Vegetarian meal on American Airlines, About 30 minutes after eating gnocchi with marinara and spinach, a salad and fruit cocktail, I began to have stomach pain, passed out, vomited violently, had chills and sweating, severe lower back pain and, later, diarrhea.
