First Class Meal Illness - American Airlines, New York

AA44 JFK-CDG First Class on 12/31. Ordered the short rib with lobster mac and cheese. About twenty minutes after finishing my dinner, I started to feel the food sitting at the bottom of my stomach. An hour later I was in the bathroom and vomiting throughout the rest of the flight. The nausea continued in the taxi from CDG to my home in Paris and I had to have the driver pull over several times, completely embarrassing. I was sick and sleeping all the day that I arrived home.
