Chili Relleno Illness Report - Amy's Kitchen, Petaluma California

3 years ago reported by user-pmtzt366 business

Amy's Kitchen Inc, Corporate Circle, Petaluma, CA, USA

1650 Corporate Circle, Petaluma, 94954 California, United States

I've eaten plenty of their bowls, but found one I haven't tried on the local shelves last week - Chili Relleno. About 6 hours after eating it, I felt nauseous and uncomfortable - I took Dramamine and a tums chewable. Woke up at 1:30am with pounding chest, shakes and violent bowel movements. Everything else I ate prior to this were normal foods that I've had before with no problem, this was the only different/new food item. I have no food allergies or intolerances, and have never had problems with their frozen foods before.
Package says "Lot 10H0922, Best Before 08/2024". | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain, Shaking
