Steak Parmesan Illness Suspected - Applebee's, Keene New Hampshire

My wife ate dinner (7:30 pm) believe steak Parmesan with shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli has been the culprit as i have not been sick. We had shared the app sampler earlier. She woke at 5 AM needing to vomit. Unable to keep anything down throughout day without vomiting. Curious if anyone else has experienced this from 2/27/23 The place was busy for a Monday | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
