I would like to report food poisoning, I think it is from Applebee's in Montrose. I had side garden salad and boneless chicken wings, no sauce with blue cheese. I didn't eat a celery that came with wings. I was dining at 10 pm on May 25th there.
I started having symptoms at 7 am, I vomited twice, had no appetite all day, now I am having a fever of 100.4 and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
