We got carside to-go and ordered won ton tacos chicken burger fries and then steak baked potato and steamed brocolli only thing we ate in common was won ton chicken tacos he ate more of then hes been vomiting all night and diarrhea and now chills and fever. ive just been super nauseas. havent been able to go to doctors to much vomiting and diarrhea for him to even leave the house.got our food little after 6pm ate around 6:30 syptoms started at around midnight and the date was 3/20/18 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
