I ate at the Arby's in Columbus Nebraska. I ordered the jalapeño slider with a classic Arby's roast beef sandwich with cheddar. The symptoms started about 2 to 3 hours later. Vomiting diarrhea cramping not able to hold any liquids down for over 12 hours. This is by far the sickest I've ever been I would not wish this on my enemies.
