I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and a small roast beef sandwich. I am having severe gastrointestinal issues within 16 hours after eating. I have a fever of 103, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Went to the ER and they said I have Norovirus. 08/10/2022 at 0523 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Gas
