I got just a roast beef sandwich and with in an hr had diariah and it was all down Bill from there. My friend took me to the Dr and she said I had food poisoning. After a banana bag and iv I felt better but had cramps and pain from violently throwing up. This will be the SECOND. time this happened EATING THE SAME THING AT THE SAME ARBYS. I will never ever go back, and after some searching have found that this happens there quit often | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
