Shortly after eating a classic roast beef with Arby's and horsey sauce my stomach hurt. I felt like I had a rock in it all night. This was on March 8, 2026 around 5:30pm. As the night progressed the stomach pain got worse and I started feeling nauseous. First episode of diarrhea started around 1am and is still continuing at present, 5:30pm on March 9, 2026. I was able to eat a piece of toast and some Vernors around 3:30pm but my stomach is gurgling like crazy and my whole gut feels achy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
