Additional information: Ate the same as my family for the entire day the only difference was a chicken and swiss sandwich from this Arby's. Everything was fine in the moment but at 4am that night I was throwing up bits of lettuce and tomatoes. Still can't keep in my system more than 24 hours later, just goes right through me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
