Suspected source: Arby's chocolate milk shake
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours

Additional information: Got a meal and chocolate shake. My parents were fine after eating but they didn't have a shake like I did,I have been nauseous and vomited the shake back up

This morning my father who ate with me is also vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Vomiting
