I had Arby's for a late dinner last night. By 4am I was having discomfort. By 7am, I had diarrhea 5 times in an hour. Stomach was still upset, but I went to work...tried to drink some water. Threw up the water and pieces of the red onion skin, lettuce...you get the idea from the night before. Started feeling even worse and have come home where I have been nauseous and feverish all day. Fun that my partner is also nauseous and ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
