Thursday march 13, I went through drive thru after I got off work around 8:30 pm , and I ordered a #1 roast beef classic sandwich . Which I ate on the way home . I will say the roast beef was not slices , it was gross crumbles , like shredded , Within an hour I was feeling nauseous, sickly with headache , and dizzy . By 1 am , I was using the restroom nonstop diarrhea, vomiting , dizzy headache , and chills . I had to call in on Friday , today march 14, because of being sick and still using the bathroom and lack of sleep ! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Chills
