Roast Beef Sandwich Illness - Arby's, DeLand Florida

My Wife recently ate a roast beef sandwich from Arby’s at 9:30pm. She is now experiencing diarrhea and is very nauseous and is vomiting. Symptoms started at 3am and has been persistent ever since. I only received mild diarrhea from the roast beef sandwich I ate with some slight stomach upset and gas. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
