The only thing I ate for the day was an arby's chicken bacon sandwich from this location with a soda. About 6 hours later I started to have extreme vomiting and diarrhea lasting over 10 hours, followed by headaches, weakness, and inability to eat or drink without vomiting. Around 32 hours later and I am still unable to eat solid food and diarrhea is still constant, but vomiting has stopped | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Weakness
