Jan 12, 2019. Picked up roast beef sandwich about 6 pm. Stomach pains started at 9 pm. Vomiting and diahrea began at midnight. Vomiting continued until 5 am | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
