Cold Au Jus Illness - Arby's, Salina Utah

There were 3 of us. I was the only one that ordered beef. The French Dip. I noticed the juice was a lighter color than normal and it was cold. I didn't think much of it and ate it anyway. So, was it the juice or the beef? That night is when the diarrhea started. We were camping off grid and didn't make it to the bucket. The next day I slept all day with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Today is the third day. Better but still having symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
