Saturday ordered and ate roast beef sandwich and woke up Sunday for work and was nauseous and eventually threw up at work and they sent me home before I can drive home good I threw up 3 more times while driving and got home and diarrhea and bomit at the same time. I vomited so much I had no urine also no nothing to pile or poo out. Went to hospital and I was severely dehydrated… now today June 9th I’m still sick and also nauseous and diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
