I ordered a smokehouse brisket, fries, and two classic beef and cheddar sandwiches, and several hours after ingestion, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting. Hasn’t ceased or changed pace in over 8 hours now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
