Roast Beef Causes Illness - Arby's, Appleton Wisconsin

I had a roast beef and curly fries around 7:30pm 11/10/21 and then went to bed at 10pm. I woke up at midnight with extreme stomach pains and had a somewhat loose bowel movement. Over the course of midnight - 3am I was awoken with awful cramps and had diarrhea about 8 times. It’s now 6:45am 11/10/21 and I am soaking wet with sweat, but also chilly.
