On Saturday 7/21/18, my husband ordered a roast beef sandwich and found a large piece of gray plastic in the meat along with other small pieces of plastic. He went inside to report it and was asked if he wanted a refund. He had his food replaced and made sure no plastic was inside. One person wanted to take a picture for their records but my husband heard other employees saying to not do that and just sweep the incident under the rug. Also, I went inside to use the restroom just as he was walking out and the other staff were laughing at him.
