- comments: observed leaking faucets on 3-compartment sink, no running water at middle sink in third floor girls washroom and right sink in boys third floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacles in lunchroom staff, second and third floor staff washrooms. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacles in all women and unisex staff washrooms.
