An hour after eat the fried rice, chow mein noodles and chicken strips with green & red peppers, I got very dizzy, over heated, started vomiting & diarrhea at the same time. I had purchased food from grocery store, their hot food Asian bar on April 12, 2023 @11:30 am.
Today, I still feel sick with headache, upset stomach, and light fever. Today is the 13th of April 2023. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
