In-flight Vegan Meal Illness - Asiana Airlines, Seoul

On the flight from Tashkent to Seoul (13-14 Sep) my husband and I were fed a vegan meal: rice with okra in tomato sauce and spinach. Then after the 12 hours transit time in Seoul, we caught our next flight Seoul to Sydney (14-15 Sep), where we were fed the exact same meal for breakfast, right before we landed. Then a couple of hours later we had cramps, then diarrhea with blood, and bad fever. The symptoms have been going on for 2 days now, so we haven't been able sleep or eat this whole time, and we obviously can't work either. Absolutely ruined our returning home experience.. It was a food from Seoul-Sydney flight | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
