My kids and I ( one toddler, a 13, and 14yr old) all had the pepperoni pretzel with marinara dip sauce. About thirty minutes later all of us were running to the toilet vomiting , diarrhea uncontrollably. While vomiting all we can see and taste was milk and pretzels. It was horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
