Had avocado on a slice of bread for lunch, the only thing I’d had all day. Went to dinner 4-5 hrs later and symptoms started. I did not have anything but sparkling water at dinner. Today I have a headache and still fit a bit queasy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
