Arrived on June 21 and by June 23 I became violently ill. I developed intense cramping in my stomach and starting to vomit and then developed a very high fever that was not controllable with over-the-counter Tylenol or ibuprofen and then very frequent intense diarrhea followed. About 12 hours later I was admitted into a local hospital where I remain for five days with the same symptoms before finally getting chest well enough to travel back to United States one week later but it was terrible and the worst I have felt in my whole entire life. Even the local hospital would not tell me exactly what I had which was even more frustrating | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

Where did you eat on the 22nd? We did the coral buffet for breakfast, Dominican buffet for lunch, and steakhouse for dinner. Salmonella poisoning for me that started late night 6/22, extremely high fever early morning hours of 6/23
