Soup Causes Severe Cramps - Bear Creek Vegetable Beef Soup, Duluth Minnesota

I recently starting working out again and made myself some bear creek vegetable beef soup to eat for lunch. Had a small bowl and my stomach didn't feel right. I assumed it was because I pushed myself to hard at the gym. Had horrible diarehha and gas. So tonight I ate the rest of the soup for supper on my break at work. 2 hrs after I have had the worst cramps, diarehha, and gas. Like on the toilet every 5-10 min. For the past 4+ hours now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
