- comments: 6-501. 11 seal the cracks between the floor and walls of the lunchroom to eliminate pest activity.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 (b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2588810 on 1/30/24 not corrected: 38 - observed evidence of rodent and live insect activity on the premises. Observed approx. 10 live ants in the lunchroom along the walls. Also observed approx. 105 mouse droppings in the following areas: 15 mouse droppings on the floor and storage shelves next to the mop sink and kitchen outside exit door, 10 droppings under the 3 compartment sink and storage shelves next to the sink, 20 droppings on the floor of the dish room, 10 droppings along the walls and corners of the lunchroom, 30 droppings on the floor, storage shelves and behind the file cabinets in the principal's office, and 20 droppings on the floor of the closet in room 126. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the rodent and insect activity. Priority violation 7-42-090.
