On Thursday May 4, 2017, I ate lunch at Benihana in Buckhead. I ordered steak and shrimp with fried rice. Lunch was good and all was well until 6pm that evening. My stomach started to hurt terribly. I was up the entire night with severe stomach pains, vomiting, fever etc. I went to the the ER and was diagnosed with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
