- comments: observed timed faucet not functioning properly on right sink in first floor teacher washroom. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings scattered on floor, juice boxes, bottled water, and carboard boxes in pre-k closet 101, on shelving units in kitchen 103. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas.

- comments: observed leak under left hand washing sink in second floor teacher washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
