I had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mac and cheese pizza yesterday. I ate the pepperoni slice at the restaurant and part of the Mac slice when I got home around midnight. Woke up at 10 the next morning with severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It's the end of the day and I still can't keep anything down. The pizza is the only thing I ate yesterday, so that has to be the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
