Additional information: When vomitting, was pure stomach acid and the skin of corn from said salad. Diarrhea was pure liquid. I grabbed a Bistro premade salad, it was the Santa Fe Style with Chicken salad. I ate it for dinner and in the morning, I dealt with stomach pain, nausea, chills, diarrhea, and vomiting. My symptoms lasted 5 hours but I was unable to leave my bathroom, move, or stand. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
