Additional information: When vomitting, was pure stomach acid and the skin of corn from said salad. Diarrhea was pure liquid. I grabbed a Bistro premade salad, it was the Santa Fe Style with Chicken salad. I ate it for dinner and in the morning, I dealt with stomach pain, nausea, chills, diarrhea, and vomiting.
