I ordered a build your own pizza at just after 8 p.m. on September 27th. My pizza had red sauce, pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and spinach. Within approximately an hour and a half of eating the pizza I became violently ill. I had severe stomach cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. For the next 6 hours I was vomiting and having diarrhea every 15 to 30 minutes. I never had any fever and by about 8 a.m. I was feeling considerably better. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble and I am not mad but you need to know there is a problem before you can fix it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
