I ate a side of potatoes with sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and onions. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was undercooked after inspection I only had 2 bites before realizing the sour cream was funky tasting and the potatoes weren't fully cooked. I started feeling unwell after 20 minutes, within an hour I started to get sick. I believe the sour cream was expired also. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
