Shared Meal, Severe Symptoms - Boston Pizza, Midland Ontario

My boyfriend and I ate there Wednesday afternoon. I had a salad, he had pasta and we both had the same alcoholic beverage. I had half of his garlic cheese bread and I had him try my salad. I hadn’t eaten breakfast, I felt completely fine prior to eating there. Neither one of us ate the remainder of the day after eating there. We both have diarrhea, nausea and fever with an unbelievable amount of sweat. We both were unable to eat on Thursday or Friday as we were too nauseated. It’s now Saturday morning and I am still sick (I have a weakened immune system). I will be contacting head office for this, this is completely unacceptable and unnecessary. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Sweating, Weakness
